  • You will be responsible for Nemunas Elderly Home:

    • Personnel search and recruitment (identifying needs, selecting the most effective recruitment methods and sources, preparing and posting job advertisements, analyzing candidate CVs, conducting interviews, and managing the CV database);

    • Administration of personnel documents in compliance with legal requirements (employee hiring/termination, vacation arrangements, medical certificates, creation of employee personal files, etc.);

    • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees;

    • Coordination of internships and collaboration with educational institutions and the employment service;

    • Coordination of training;

    • Participation in personnel management projects within the 'Gemma' group of companies and assisting the HR manager.

    We expect from you:

    • Experience in personnel document administration and recruitment (1 year);

    • Higher education, preferably in psychology, communication, or human resources management;

    • Excellent computer literacy skills (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);

    • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (English and/or Russian language skills are an advantage);

Job description:

  • Assist Nemunas Elderly Home residents in settling in and familiarize them with the living environment;

  • Care for residents' personal cleanliness and hygiene, and assist them in daily activities;

  • Serve food to residents, assist with eating, and feed and hydrate residents unable to do so themselves;

  • Assist residents in moving, changing body positions in bed, chairs, or wheelchairs, and ensure they are in a comfortable position;
