The goal of Nemunas Elderly Home is to provide individuals with a fulfilling life. Located on the banks of the Nemunas River, the two-story care home with 24 units offers 15 square meter single and double rooms for each resident, with a private bathroom including a shower, toilet, and sink. Each room is furnished with necessary furniture and a mini kitchen with a refrigerator. Each floor has a communal space for activities, a kitchen, and a shared bathroom. Individual meal plans and wellness programs are created, with easy access to various specialists to ensure that every resident is well cared for, looked after, and feels safe. The rooms are equipped with a staff call system, allowing assistance whenever needed. We take care of residents' leisure activities and provide opportunities to maintain and build social connections so that no resident feels lonely.
Cost of Main Services:
For elderly and disabled persons in a double room: 1,850 EUR (per month)
Part paid by the municipality EUR 1450 (month) + 80% pension EUR 400 (month)
For elderly and disabled persons in a single room: 1,850 EUR (per month)
For elderly persons with severe disabilities in a double room: 1,950 EUR (per month)
For elderly persons with severe disabilities in a single room: 1,950 EUR (per month)
This is the full price for basic services.
The service price is reviewed annually, taking into account annual inflation rates.

Elderly care home project:
A 4044 sq.m. plot of commercial land, owned by the project, is located on the banks of the Nemunas River. Three two-story buildings, each with a footprint of 400 sq.m., are planned for the site. Each building will house 24 single and double rooms, each 15 sq.m. in size. Each floor will have sitting rooms, a kitchen, and staff rooms. A large shared bathroom is available on each floor, along with a massage room. The building will have an elevator and be fully accessible for individuals with disabilities. The property also borders another 2700 sq.m. plot, which will feature additional green spaces and a floating dock on the Nemunas River. Excursions along the Nemunas to Birštonas will be organized.
